Almond Chocolate Cookies are a deliciously chewy treat that’s naturally gluten free. Made with ground almonds and cocoa powder.

Ingredients  - Almonds - Sugar - Cocoa Powder - Baking Powder - Eggs - Vanilla & Almond Extract - Powdered Sugar

Start by pulsing the almonds in a food processor until finely ground. Don't pulse into a powder.

Combine the almonds with the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.

Roll the dough into balls. Toss in powdered sugar and place on baking mat. Bake for 12-14 minutes.

Cool on a cooling rack. This is the perfect chewy cookie that's great for any occasion!
