Ricotta Cannoli

Simple and traditional Sicilian style cannoli made with ricotta cheese using premade shell!

Ricotta Cannoli are the traditional Italian cannoli made with ricotta cheese. This classic dessert is simple to make with creamy filling and store-bought cannoli shells.

All you need is ricotta, powdered sugar, mini chocolate chips, orange zest, pistachios, and pre-made cannoli shells.

In a bowl combine the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and orange zest (optional). Mix together using a handheld mixer.

Use a rubber spatula to stir in the mini chocolate chips and crushed pistachios.

Transfer the filling to a piping bag. Snip off the bottom tip of the bag. You can also fill the cannolis with a spoon.

Squeeze the ricotta filling into the cannoli shells. Sprinkle on the chips and pistachios.

Top the Ricotta Cannoli with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and serve immediately.
