Italian Wedding Cookies

All you need is almond flour, all purpose flour, butter, salt, powdered sugar, vanilla, and almond extract.

Start by mixing together the all purpose flour, almond flour and salt. You could also add in chopped pecans or almonds here.

Use a stand mixer or electric mixer to beat together the butter and powdered sugar. Add in the extracts.

Add in the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. The Italian wedding cookie batter will be crumbly.

Roll the dough into balls or crescent shapes. Bake in a preheated oven for about 12 minutes.

Once the cookies are done, let cool on then pan for five minutes then cool completely on a wire rack.

Once the cookies have cooled completely, dust the tops of the cookies with powdered sugar.
