Italian Brioche

Divide the dough into 8 balls. Remove a small portion from the dough to make the cap of the brioche. Place in indentation on bread roll.

Place all eight Italian brioche buns on a baking sheet and let rise again for 30 minutes. Brush with egg wash and bake.
