Italian Easter Pie

Filled with ham, salami, prosciutto, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese, this savory Easter pie is sure to your new favorite tradition!

Start by making a simple pie dough in your food processor.

Roll the dough into a ball and let it chill for a couple of minutes in the refrigerator (this can be done a day in advance).

Roll out two-thirds of the dough and press it into a springform pan. Leave the rest of the dough to lay on top of the filling.

Mix together ricotta, ham, salami, prosciutto, mozzarella, and parmesan in a large bowl.

Spoon the filling into the prepared pie crust.

Top with the remaining pie dough. Roll down the edges and mark the center with an air hole.
