Cranberry Almond Biscotti

Classic crunchy Italian biscotti made with dried cranberries and whole almonds.

Cranberry Almond Biscotti, also known as cantucci,  are a classic Italian dessert treat that is perfect for dipping in coffee and great for any occasion!

All you need is flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, almond extract, butter, whole almonds, and dried cranberries.

Start by making the batter. The dough should be slightly sticky. Mix in the cranberries and almonds.

Form the dough into two large loaf shapes. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Remove from oven and let the biscotti loaves cool competely. Use a sharp serrated knife to cut into long strips.

Place the biscotti cut-side-up on the baking sheet and return to oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Let the cranberry almond biscotti cool completely on a wire rack to firm up before eating or storing.

Once cooled, you can dip in hot coffee and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container.
