Cacio e Pepe Mashed Potatoes

Cacio e Pepe Mashed Potatoes are the ultimate Italian mashed potato recipe made with the beloved flavors of parmesan cheese and black pepper!

All you need are russet potatoes, butter, half and half, kosher salt, parmesan cheese, and ground black pepper.

Start by peeling and dicing the potatoes. Place in a pot of cool water and bring to a simmer until fork tender.

Drain the potatoes and return to the warm pot. Add in the remaining ingredients.

Mash the potatoes until desired consistency. You can use a potato masher or handheld mixer here.
