Baked Ricotta

Italian Baked Ricotta is a delicious and creamy dip.  This recipe is great as a spread for crostini or tossed with hot pasta, and takes less than 30 minutes to make!

Just a few ingredients:  - ricotta cheese - parmesan cheese - mozzarella cheese - olive oil - thyme - lemon - garlic

In a bowl, mix together the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, olive oil, thyme, lemon zest and juice, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Pour into a baking dish and top with more cheese. Bake until mixture is bubbly and cheese is golden brown in color.

Serve with toasted crostata, chips, crackers, or just toss with warm pasta for a delicious meal!
